We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, and high-resolution PNG/JPEG files (300 DPI minimum). PDF is preferred with bleed and crop marks included.
We have no minimum for digital prints. Offset printing typically starts at 500 units for cost efficiency. Contact us for specific product minimums.
Yes. We strongly recommend a hard proof for large runs. Soft proofs (PDF) are provided free; physical proofs are charged at cost.

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days for most print jobs. Rush 24–48 hour service is available at an additional fee. Large format and specialty items may require longer lead times.

Design

Delivery

Payment
We accept bank transfers, card payments (online), and mobile payments. A 50% deposit is required before production begins, with balance on delivery.
