1. Services & Orders

All orders are subject to availability and written confirmation. Production begins upon receipt of a 50% deposit and approved artwork. The balance is due upon delivery or collection.

2. Artwork & Files

Clients are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork in the correct format and resolution. Floral Print & Media is not liable for errors in client-supplied artwork that has been approved for production.

3. Turnaround & Delivery

Standard turnaround times are indicative and begin once artwork is approved and deposit is received. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control including courier delays or force majeure.

4. Colour Accuracy

While we strive for colour accuracy, slight variations between screen display and print are inherent in the printing process. Colour-accurate proofs are available upon request at additional cost.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders cancelled after production has commenced may be subject to partial or full charges depending on the stage of production. Digital and personalised products are non-refundable once approved for print.

6. Intellectual Property

You warrant that you own or have rights to all content submitted for production. Floral Print & Media retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
